Delivery:

You can select which delivery method you’d prefer on check out.

You will have the option of Royal Mail 24 or 48 hours.

Delivery is free on orders over £100 and will be shipped using the 24 hour service.

Orders are always sent the next working day if ordered by 7pm (Monday-Saturday).


Refunds/returns:

We do not currently offer refunds or returns unless there is a fault with your item.

All items are quality checked before posting. 


If there is a fault we have missed please get in contact within 72 hours of receiving your order so this can be investigated.

 
Your item must be unworn, with tags and in the same condition it was posted to you in.


Exchanges:

You may exchange your item but only for the same item in a different size if needed.

If the size you are needing is unavailable then we will not be able to exchange your item.

Please read item descriptions for sizing recommendations if there are any.
